About the Journal
The Journal DICERE was conceived as the academic journal of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Universidad del Azuay, it is focused on the generation of scientific knowledge in the fields of Law and International Studies. Thus, the publications will disseminate academic proposals with a rigorous and interdisciplinary state of the art. The articles in Journal DICERE will address multiple tensions and problems related to national and international contexts.

En esta primera edición de la Revista DICERE se aborda de una manera integradora e interdesciplinar diversos aspectos legales y de las relaciones internacionales, que generan tensión.
